Courses - Entrepreneurship - Bangladesh

Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) recognizes that entrepreneurship is the ability to convert good ideas into profitable commercial ventures. The MBA in Entrepreneurship Development program is a program in creative leadership with a view to bringing the entrepreneurship of small and medium enterprises to optimum performance. The courses in this program have been carefully designed to focus on the specific needs of entrepreneurs and innovators who want to successfully commercialize their innovation. The MBA in Entrepreneurship Development has been launched at NUB with the technical assistance of German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) BDS for MSE Project. This GTZ project has earned international recognition for its unparalleled record of business creation.
Program Duration
NUB introduces three semesters (each semester of 4-month duration) in an academic year. Therefore, the MBA in ED program can be completed in 6 semesters (i.e. 2-Year). In certain cases, a student may be allowed to complete the program max. within 3 years (i.e. 9 semesters).
Entry Requirements
For admission into the MBA in ED program, a student must satisfy the following minimum requirements:
A Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates who have professional experience in banking or non-banking financial institutions.
A candidate having a score of 500 in TOEFL and 500 in GMAT are eligible for admission without any admission test.
A student may get himself/herself admitted into the program before the commencement of each semester as per admission schedule of NUB.
